What is a checklist presentation template?
A ready-to-edit slide set with tick boxes, owners, and due dates that helps teams track tasks, handoffs, and progress during meetings or lessons.
How do I make a checklist in Google Slides?
Use a checklist layout or insert a table with columns for task, owner, due date, and status. Add checkmark icons and color-code status (to do / doing / done).
Can I link the checklist to a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste ranges from Google Sheets as linked elements in Slides or update data tables in PowerPoint. Refresh links before presenting to keep it current.
Best practices for readable checklists?
Keep one row per task, short verbs up front, consistent date formats, and a simple color legend. Use section headers for phases and highlight blockers.
