Explain causes and effects using fishbone diagram (Ishikawa) slides. Map categories, sub-causes, and evidence; then turn findings into actions. For processes and frameworks, use cycle diagrams (3–6 steps), funnel diagrams for staged drop-off, and pyramid diagrams for hierarchies and priorities.
All diagrams are editable—swap colors, add icons, and resize nodes while keeping line weights and spacing consistent. Paste data from Sheets/Excel, or duplicate steps for longer flows. ❓ FAQs
How do I make a Venn diagram in Google Slides or Google Docs?
Use a ready-made Venn template: edit labels, duplicate circles for extra sets, and align with a grid. In Docs, insert the diagram as an image exported from Slides for easy printing.
What is a fishbone diagram used for?
To find root causes. Group causes under categories (People, Process, Tools, Environment), add evidence, and finish with actions and owners.
Cycle vs funnel vs pyramid—when should I use each?
Cycle: repeating stages. Funnel: narrowing stages or conversion. Pyramid: ranked layers or building blocks. Match the diagram to your story.
Tips for readable diagrams?
Keep 1 idea per node, limit colors to 2–3 plus an accent, use consistent line weights, and avoid heavy textures behind body text.
